2 PM CST - The society wide annual membership meeting will happen. The new society board will be seated, and an open floor discussion will happen. We will be gathered at House Magness to listen to the meeting and speak up if any input is needed. If you attend the meeting (show up at Magness or listen from your own computer) you will get 3,000 CAP. More details on the meeting can be found on the forum.

4 PM - Following the Annual Membership meeting, we will seat our new board for the year. Attendance at the meeting will grant non-board members 3,000 CAP, this is separate from the Society Wide Annual Membership meeting.

6 PM - Doors open following the Board Meeting. If you are uninterested in the Board Meeting, 6 PM would be a good time to show up.
Cost to participate in the Bar Game is $3. I will be making something like soup for people to eat if they want.
